October closed on a joyful note with the historic return of the Maui County Fair. After six years away, opening night welcomed an estimated 30,000 attendees, a heartening reminder of how our community shows up to celebrate, reconnect, and heal
together.
Visitor arrivals to Maui were up 11.4% in September 2025 compared to September 2024, and average spending per visitor also increased (source). At the same time, rising costs across the U.S., along with higher insurance rates (inflated by the Lāhainā fire) and the cost of goods, continue to make a Maui
vacation more expensive. Cut costs where you can and book directly with your condominium host to skip the added fees charged by platforms like Airbnb and VRBO!
As we welcome November, we’re grateful for the renewed energy on island. Below, you’ll find our latest blogs and island updates, plus events to look forward to this month. Mahalo for being part of our Maui
‘ohana!
